PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver and a receiving processing program in which receiving performance can be improved by dealing with every radio status by enabling an algorithm or parameters to be modified in accordance with the status when switching and outputting received signals while concurrently performing a plurality of adaptive operations. SOLUTION: When a first receiving unit 2a and a second receiving unit 2b are tuned onto the channel identical to each other, a first adaptive antenna processing unit 4a and a second adaptive antenna processing unit 4b perform adaptive operations while using the adaptive algorithm identical to each other and setting step sizes to values different from each other. When the first receiving unit 2a and the second receiving channel 2b are tuned onto channels different from each other, on the other hand, the first adaptive antenna processing unit 4a and the second adaptive antenna processing unit 4b perform adaptive operations using adaptive algorithms different from each other.
