PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone for a visually-impaired person improved in convenience for the visually-impaired person. SOLUTION: One of four corners of a mobile phone is formed differently from the others (different shape corner), and main function buttons are disposed at the four corners. It is preferable to dispose a receiving (call) button at the different shape corner. Functions and buttons, a display or the like unnecessary for a visually-impaired person are not provided and only the functions or devices required for the visually-impaired person are provided. Braille is displayed on each of the function buttons and each button is larger than in a conventional mobile phone so as to be pressed easily by the visually-impaired person.
