PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of effectively and uniformly illuminating reel belts using a conventional light source for reel illumination. SOLUTION: A lighting device 220A disposed behind the reel belts 221 visible from a reel display window of a slot machine is disposed with an illumination substrate 221 having a plurality of face-on LEDs 221a stored in a substrate case 222A, and an optical member 230A in the front face; its inner space is divided into three, an upper symbol illumination part 224a, a center symbol illumination part 224b and a lower symbol illumination part 224c by first and second partition walls 223a and 223b; and refraction means are provided in incident faces 231a and 233a of an upper adjustment part 231 and a lower adjustment part 233 of optical members 230A positioned in front of the upper symbol illumination part 224a and the lower symbol illumination part 224c respectively to change the direction of the incident lights, so that the upper symbol illumination area 211a and a lower symbol illumination area 211b are effectively lit by emission surfaces 231b and 233b.
