PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-containing composition excellent in hydrolysis resistance and having a good hue. SOLUTION: This polylactic acid-containing composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of polylactic acid, 0.001 to 1 pt.wt. of a metal catalyst, 0.002 to 10 pts.wt. of a metaphosphoric acid-based deactivator, and 0.01 to 10 pts.wt. of a carbodiimide-based compound.
