PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly perform access to presentation information retrieved in the past by use of the same keyword as a keyword input by a user and having a high access frequency by the user of presentation information such as information resources retrieved by the keyword input by the user. SOLUTION: Presentation information is retrieved based on keyword information input by the user, and an access frequency that is an access frequency to each piece of presentation information retrieved in the past using the same keyword information as the keyword information used in the current retrieval and accessed by a terminal device used by the user who inputted the keyword information used in the current retrieval is calculated. Setting frequency access presentation information that is presentation information for which an access frequency of a preset setting frequency or more is calculated by an access frequency calculation means is presented, and access information containing link information showing a link to the setting frequency access presentation information is displayed as a retrieval result screen.
