PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment 20 for exclusively controlling an operation right of a plurality of communication equipment 20 in a community network 10 in arbitrary network configurations while suppressing the processing load of each communication equipment 20. SOLUTION: In a community network 10 formed by a plurality of communication equipment 20 in which the communication equipment holding a token is permitted to update shared data shared by the plurality of communication equipment 20, each of those communication equipment 20 stores the destination to transmit a token, and when receiving the token from the other communication equipment 20, the communication equipment 20 updates the shared data as necessary, and transmits the token to the stored destination.
