PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic detector in which current control to a magnetism-sensitive element for nearing a duty ratio of an output pulse signal to 50%. SOLUTION: A detection signal Vdet of a magnetic resistant element bridge 120 is amplified by a differential amplifying circuit 140. An amplifying signal Vamp of the differential amplifying circuit 140 is inputted to a low pass filter 184, and the output voltage of the low pass filter 184 is inputted through a buffer 186 to a comparative circuit 160 as a reference voltage Vref. The comparative circuit 160 outputs a pulse signal Vpls by comparing the amplifying signal Vamp output from the differential amplifying circuit 140 with the reference voltage Vref output from a reference voltage generation circuit 180.
