PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis method of clinical condition in a simple manner by measuring components in salivary. SOLUTION: With measuring lipid raft and aquapoline5 (AQP5) involved in salivary to compare the quantity component ratio and the increasing and decreasing of both components with the measurement values of healthy person, such clinical conditions as aging, sugar metabolism disorder, lipid metabolism disorder, internal lipid accumulation disease, rhythm disease, salivary secretion disorder, or Alzheimer's disease can be diagnosed. When at least some values of each are separated compared with the variation values of healthy person, it can be diagnosed as rhythm disease. An amount of lipid raft can be obtained by measuring GM1 or prorhizine-1 and prorhizine-2, and an amount of AQP5 can be obtained by ELSA method using an AQP5 measuring reagent.
