摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a refrigerating device from reaching a stagnation state by properly controlling a degree of superheat of the refrigerating device. SOLUTION: In this refrigerating device having a compressor 11, a radiator 15, a pressure reducer 19 for reducing a pressure of a refrigerant flowing out from the radiator 15, an evaporator 20 for evaporating the refrigerant after pressure reduction by the pressure reducer 19 and supplying the same to a suction-side of the compressor 11, a heat exchanger 18 for exchanging heat between the refrigerant flowing into the pressure reducer 19 from the radiator 15 and a refrigerant supplied to the suction side of the compressor 11 from the evaporator 20, and a control portion 40 controlling the degree of superheat by determining a degree of superheat of the refrigerant on the basis of an evaporator inlet temperature and an evaporator outlet temperature, and controlling an opening of the pressure reducer 19 according to the determined degree of superheat, the control of the degree of superheat is not performed when the evaporator inlet temperature as a temperature of the refrigerant flowing into the pressure reducer 19 is lower than a predetermined temperature. The opening of the pressure reducer 19 is decreased when the pressure reducer inlet temperature as the temperature of the refrigerant flowing into the pressure reducer 19 is lower than the predetermined temperature.
