PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a middle stopper mechanism of a vehicle which can securely stop the slide of a sliding door in the opening direction in a predetermined position and which can slide the sliding door by the same degree of force as before even though it can be manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: The middle stopper mechanism of the vehicle is provided with an extruding member 30, a stopper operating member 40, and a stopper 60. The extruding member 30 provided to a door support arm 16 is bought into an extruding position when the degree of opening of a window pane 27 has exceeded a predetermined degree of opening, and the stopper operating member 40 is moved to an operating position when it is extruded by the extruding member positioned in the extruding position. Then, the stopper 60 is normally positioned in a non-interference position which deviates from the moving orbit of the door support arm, and is moved to an interference position which is on the moving orbit of the door support arm when the stopper operating member has moved to the operating position.
