PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous casting method for steel by which a molten steel stream without causing any stagnation can easily be produced. SOLUTION: The horizontal discharge direction 22 of the two hole type immersion nozzle 12 is inclined with respect to a standard face 21 parallel to the long sides 10a, 10b of a mold 10 and passing through the center of the vertical axis of a two hole type immersion nozzle 12, by a predetermined angleθ, and further, the direction of increasing the inclination of the predetermined angleθwith the vertical axis as the center is set to a direction reverse to the circulation directions of molten steel flows 20a, 20b formed by electromagnetic stirring parts 11a, 11b.
