SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing element particles has a burning process for burning mixed powders including two kinds of metal-containing or semimetal element particles which satisfy the relation of 1.3<b/a<10 (a and b represent a beak diameter of a primary particle comprised of metal-containing element particles and/or semimetal-containing element particles (metal-containing or semimetal element particles) and is b>a) or has a multi-step burning process for burning the mixed powders including two kinds of metal-containing or semimetal element particles which beak diameter of the primary particle is different by a step of first burning at a temperature rise speed of 1-100°C/h in a low temperature area T<SP>A</SP>and by a step of second burning in an elevated temperature area T<SP>B</SP>(>T<SP>A</SP>).
