PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a moving body without requiring a self travelling body at low cost. SOLUTION: The moving body controller which performs control for moving movement bodies 60 with magnetic bodies 63 such as permanent magnets on a movement plane 2a formed by a movement plane forming member 2 is provided with: magnetic field generating members 21 each comprising a plurality of coils placed at predetermined spaces under the movement plane so as to be along the movement plane to generate magnetic fields on the movement plane in order by supplying electric power; the power supply means for supplying the power to each magnetic field generating member; and a power control means to control the power supplied to each magnetic field generating member from the power supply means to generate magnetic fields by the magnetic field generating member, sequentially, so as to move the movement bodies along movement paths of the movement bodies determined based on predetermined movement control information.
