A deck board (1) for a vehicle is formed in the following way: with a foaming resin (13) and a reinforcement (20) placed between a rear side sheet material (16) and a front side sheet material (15), a lower die (21) and an upper die (22) are clamped to fusion-bond the rear side sheet material (16) and the front side sheet material (15) together, thereby forming a laminated member (26) containing a bulking bridge member, and then, while the rear side sheet material (16) and the front side sheet material (15) are being vacuum-drawn by the lower die (21) and the upper die (22), compressed air is injected into the inside of the laminated member (26), which is formed by fusion-bonding the rear side sheet material (16) and the front side sheet material (15) together, to blow-mold the deck board (1).
