Certain oxo-dihydroisoindote sulfonamide compounds of Formula (I): wherein R<SUP>1</SUP> and R<SUP>2</SUP> are each independently fluoro or chloro; R<SUP>3</SUP> is H or methyl; R<SUP>4</SUP> is chloro or bromo; one of X and Y is a carbonyl and the other is a carbonyl or -CH<SUB>2</SUB>-; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a pharmaceutically acceptable prodrug, or a pharmaceutically active metabolite thereof are CCK2 receptor modulators useful in the treatment of CCK2 receptor-mediated diseases.
