A heater combined with an electric fan is provided to prevent any inconvenience in installation and storage by forming a power connection terminal part for switching the electric fan and heater functions. A heater combined with an electric fan comprises a thermal blade part(100), a power supply shaft(107), a switch(110), and a power connection terminal(120). The thermal blade part generates heat to attach a plane heater to blades. The power supply shaft supplies power to the plane heater by forming a contact part where the power contacts with the thermal blade part. The switch is formed on one side of a motor part in order to select whether to supply power to the plane heater. The power connection terminal part, formed on the power supply shaft, converts the switch so that one of the electric fan and heater functions is selected.
