An imidazole adduct type latent polymer curing agent, its preparation method, a one pack type epoxy resin composition containing the curing agent, and an isotropic conductive adhesive material using the composition are provided to improve the reaction velocity and storage stability of the epoxy resin composition. An imidazole adduct type latent polymer curing agent comprising the repeating unit comprising an imidazole adduct type monomer prepared by reacting at least one monomer having a glycidyl group which is selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acrylate monomer, a vinyl-based monomer and an allyl-based monomer and an imidazole-based compound. Preferably the vinyl-based monomer having a glycidyl group is glycidyl vinyl ester and the allyl-based monomer having a glycidyl group is allyl glycidyl ether.
