<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule alarm system and a schedule alarm program capable of improving quality of communication regarding alarm of schedule delay. <P>SOLUTION: The schedule alarm system is provided with three basic functions, that is, a schedule management means 400, an alarm means 500, and a concerned person data management means 600. A user sets a delay monitoring condition and an alarm destination calculation condition in advance, and schedule delay is monitored in accordance with the conditions, and the alarm destination is calculated when the schedule delay is detected. An alarm destination calculating means 530 deduces the concerned person of a work item having the schedule delay as the alarm destination from the concerned person data in accordance with the alarm destination calculation condition.
