<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which verifies and proves that an event has existed. <P>SOLUTION: A proof image displaying apparatus 10 displays a proof image including a time, a position and a random number. An imaging apparatus 20 photographs the event so as to include the proof image displayed by the proof image displaying apparatus 10 and generates a thumb-nail of an imaging image. A management server 30 stores the thumb-nail attaching a time stamp. The proof image displaying apparatus 10 transmits a history of the proof image to the management server 30. A verification server 40 extracts the proof image from an image of a verification object and compares it with the history of the proof image stored in the management server 30.
