PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for injection compression molding for a light guide plate and a method for injection compression molding for the light guide plate capable of performing favorable transfer molding respectively different light guide plates by interchanging blocks. SOLUTION: In the die 11 for injection compression molding for the light guide plate in which the distance of the cavity main face forming face 18a of a movable die 12 to a cavity main face forming face 42a of a fixed die 13 is changeably formed, a cavity main face forming block 18 for forming the cavity main face forming face 18a, and cavity side face forming blocks 29, 30 and 31 whose relative positions are changeably provided in at least mold opening/closing direction to the cavity main face forming block 18 are all changeably provided.
