PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a concrete floor structure having a slope, which is applicable to the outdoor environment, easy to form a drainage slope, high in workability, good in surface finish, and excellent in durability. SOLUTION: The method of constructing the concrete floor structure having a slope has: a step of forming a primer layer 13 for a leveling material, on an upper surface of an outdoor concrete floor 11; a step of placing slurry 14 which is prepared by mixing the leveling material containing a hydraulic ingredient and resin powder therein, and water with each other, on an upper surface of the primer layer, trowel-finishing a surface of the slurry, and hardening the slurry; and a step of laying a laminated floor finishing material 17 on an upper surface of the leveling material slurry hardened body layer 16.
