PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption processing system and a method which remove a correlation of secret data and side channel information, and make duplicate and safely utilize the same secret key. SOLUTION: The encryption processing system for the safe execution of encryption processing operation is provided with (a) a first means for receiving input messages which should carry out encryption processing, (b) a memory for storing the secret key and selection data, (c) a recoding module which comprises followings in order to create recoded keys: (1) a predetermined conversion module which processes the secret key, and creates at least two recoded keys, and (2) a selection module which selects a recoded key out of the recoded keys according to the selection data, and (d) a second means which carries out the encryption of the input messages according to the recoded key; and a pair of the secret key and the selection data are uniquely decided.
