PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing unit for a strut having a seal function maintainable for a long period. SOLUTION: This strut suspension device 100 for a vehicle comprises a bearing 1. A bearing installation space 8 formed between an upper spring seat 88 and an upper support 70 is opened radial outward. A seal part 7 is so formed integrally with the radial outer edge 21 of an upper race 2 as to be slid on the upper spring seat 88. A foreign matter discharge promoting part 9 for promoting the discharge of the fluid foreign matter entered into the bearing installation space 8 radial outward is formed on the upper spring seat 88.
