PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic polyester resin composition containing a kneading-type antistatic agent, excellent in processability, transparency and antistaticity, and to provide a film, sheet or molded product made therefrom. SOLUTION: (1) The polyester resin composition comprises 100 pts.mass of a polyester resin and 0.1-5.0 pts.mass of an N-acylamino acid and/or its salt as an antistatic agent. (2) Another version of the polyester resin composition comprises 100 pts.mass of a polyester resin and 0.1-5.0 pts.mass of an ester of a polyhydric alcohol and a fatty acid.
