PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic polyolefinic resin film having an electroconductive coated film formed on a stretched film of a polyolefinic resin. SOLUTION: The electroconductivity of the stretched film of the polyolefinic resin is improved by coating the top surface of the stretched film of the polyolefinic resin with the electroconductive coated film containing a surfactant having a 7-15C alkyl group in the side chain and a sulfonic acid group, polypyrrole and a synthetic resin binder.
