<p>A portable penile extension assembly incorporates a pull-lever (13) attached to a penis fastener (4) with a hollow chamber (6) then envelopes the frenelum. After the penis is inserted into the chamber, tension is applied to the fastener (4), reducing pressure in the void and putting the penis under tension.
