A plug-up casing type air conditioner is provided prevent heat loss and dew condensation by preventing heat energy of air from being transferred to an outer frame to an inner frame. A plug-up casing type air conditioner comprises an insulating casing including an outer plate, an inner plate and an end frame(114) having a closing part(115). A member for mounting the insulating casing to a corner frame part and a plane frame part with one touch scheme. The member includes a first fixing protrusion, a second fixing slot, a second fixing protrusion, a second fixing slot and an elastic fixing member. The first fixing protrusion is formed at one of a first frame side part(15) and the closing part facing the first frame side part. The first fixing slot is formed at one of the closing part and the first frame side part. The second fixing protrusion is formed at one of a second frame side part and the closing part facing the second frame side part. The second fixing slot is formed at one of the closing part and the second frame side part.
