An electric member-control-type outlet for an apartment house is provided to enable a winding member to be inserted or separated to/from a case, thereby being easy to arrange an electric member easily. An electric member-control-type outlet for an apartment house includes a case(100) and connecting terminals. The case has a plug insertion groove(110). The connecting terminals are installed in the case. A pair of mounting grooves(120) are cut on the front of the case and are formed oppositely to each other. A front end of a winding portion(131) is inserted into the mounting groove and is rotatably fixed on the mounting groove. A separation preventing portion(132) is curved and extended from a free terminal of the winding portion. A handle portion(133) has a jagged portion formed in the outside of the separation preventing portion. The pair of winding members is inserted or separated to/from the pair of mounting grooves separately and are opposite to each other.
