摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an MnZn-based ferrite, which can provide a high saturated magnetic flux density, is suppressed in core loss, and superior in characteristics balance for both of the high saturated magnetic flux density and low core loss. <P>SOLUTION: The method is constituted so that, for the operation of oxygen partial pressure and temperature in a high temperature retaining operation part and a temperature lowering operation part, Log(PO<SB>2</SB>)=a<SP>*</SP>-b<SP>*</SP>/T being a relational formula to be the basis of operation of the oxygen partial pressure (PO<SB>2</SB>(unit:%)) and temperature (T) is determined as an operational basic formula by setting a=a<SP>*</SP>and b=b<SP>*</SP>for the values of a and b respectively by using equilibrium relational formula (1): Log(PO<SB>2</SB>)=a-b/T; the oxygen partial pressure (PO<SB>2</SB>) in the high temperature retaining operation part is operated with an oxygen partial pressure p2 (p2>p1) higher than the value of the equilibrium oxygen partial pressure PO<SB>2</SB>=p1 determined by the relation with temperature based on the operation basic formula Log(PO<SB>2</SB>)=a<SP>*</SP>-b<SP>*</SP>/T; and the oxygen partial pressure (PO<SB>2</SB>) is operated by equilibrium oxygen partial pressure determined by the equilibrium relation with temperature based on the basic formula Log(PO<SB>2</SB>)=a<SP>*</SP>-b<SP>*</SP>/T. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
