<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel cleaner capable of cleaning an input operation screen without causing operating errors while the power of a touch panel is on. <P>SOLUTION: While the power of a touch panel is on, the panel cleaner moves relative to and in contact with the dirty input operation screen of the touch panel under predetermined pressure to attract dirt on the input operation screen. The panel cleaner has a base 3 serving as a plane-matching part 5 whose surface opposite to the input operation screen is a predetermined size, and a cloth sheet 4 mounted to cover the plane-matching part 5 of the base 3 and making contact with the input operation screen to attract the dirt on the input operation screen. The cloth sheet may be removable from a body.
