<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a laminated piezoelectric actuator element that can eliminate jigs for fixing external electrodes to a laminated body and can also reduce manufacturing cost and simplify manufacturing process in comparison with the existing manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing process includes the steps of coating solder pastes 8, 9 to the front surface of externally mounted electrodes 6, 7, arranging an external electrode structure member 20 forming an external electrode that may be elastically deformable in the manner that a laminated body 5 is located at the internal side of the external electrode structure member 20 under the condition that the external electrode structural member 20 forming the external electrode that may be deformed elastically is elastically deformed to accommodate at least a part of the laminated body 5, bringing the external electrode structure member 20 into contact with the solder pastes 8, 9 of the laminated body 5 with a recovery force of the external electrode structure member 20 by resetting deformation of the external electrode structure member 20, and fixing externally mounted electrodes 6, 7 and the external electrode structure member 20 by heating the solder pastes 8, 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
