<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a planner of a conference in a project whether opening of the conference is commensurate with a budget or not. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving information about opening of a conference from an operator, a conference management system 10 displays reservation content edition screens 25-27 showing that opening of the conference is not allowed on a display device 10a if a sum total of unit cost evaluated from man-hours required for the conference and a cumulative result amount to the opening date of the conference exceeds a cumulative budget amount to the opening date of the conference (S215: NO, S222: YES). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
