<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of expanding the size of a holding capacitor by removing a dead space in each pixel area while matching mobility correction time in respective color pixels. <P>SOLUTION: A pixel array part comprises a row-like scanning lines, a column-like signal lines SL and matrix-like pixels 2 arranged on portions where respective scanning lines and respective signal lines SL intersect with each other. A driving part supplies a control signal to each scanning line and supplies an image signal to each signal line SL. A pixel array part includes red pixels R each of which is provided with a red light emitting element for emitting red light according to a driving current, green pixels G each of which is provided with a green light emitting element for emitting green light and blue pixels B each of which is provided with a blue light emitting element for emitting blue light. Respective R, G and B pixels have the same size in respective sub-capacitors Csub to uniform the sizes of respective holding capacitors Cs and secure holding capacitors at maximum, and in respective R, G, B pixels, the capacitance values of respective color light emitting elements are optimized to match the correction time of mobility. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
