<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition, a photosensitive film and a photosensitive laminate having excellent sensitivity, resolution, temporal stability of the sensitivity, film curing property and heat shock resistance and forming a high-definition permanent pattern efficiently, and to provide a method for forming a permanent pattern using the above photosensitive resin composition, and a printed board where a pattern is formed by the above method for forming a permanent pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition contains (A) a binder, (B) a polymerizable compound and (C) a photopolymerization initiator. The (A) binder contains (1) a hydroxystyrene derivative and (2) a copolymer modified resin obtained by adding an epoxy compound represented by general formula (3) to a part of a carboxyl group in a (meth)acrylic acid copolymer.
