PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a high density shaped article of an iron-based powder, by which a high density shaped article can be obtained by a single shaping process. SOLUTION: A lubricating agent for lubrication of a mold is made of mixed powders (excluding a mixed powder of lithium stearate and ethylenebisstearoamide) of two or more types of lubricating agent having melting points higher than a predetermined temperature for pressure shaping.
