PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a resin molded product capable of suppressing the lowering of the following performance of a blow-molded object with respect to the movement of the core part of a mold in the molding of the resin molded product for accelerating the foaming of the foamable resin injected in the blow-molded object by moving the core part, and a molding apparatus of the resin molded product. SOLUTION: After the foamable resin 31 is injected in the hollow blow-molded object 23 formed by the blow molding a parison, the core part 13 of the mold 10 is moved so as to magnify the volume of the cavity of the mold and the foaming of the foamable resin is accelerated to expand the blow-molded object. After the core part of the mold is moved so as to magnify the volume of the cavity of the mold to expand the blow-molded object, the core part of the mold is moved by predetermined quantity so as to contract the volume of the cavity of the mold to compress the blow-molded object.
