PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid difficulty and complication for changing an environment for an OS, in relation to an information processor such as a notebook computer or the like, and an environment setting program that operates in the information processor and sets an operating environment for the OS. SOLUTION: The information processor recognizes a network environment to which the information processor is connected, and sets an operating environment for the OS operating in the information processor to an operating environment according to the recognized network environment.
