PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical nuclide production method producing a medical radioactive nuclide without using a large scale apparatus. SOLUTION: A production method of a medical nuclide-containing solution, producing a medical nuclide-containing physiologic saline solution 71 is provided, wherein, by flowing deuterium to a coagulative structure in contact with a material to be applied with nuclide conversion, the coagulative structure provided with a nuclide-converted material obtained by generating nuclear reaction on a material to be applied with a nuclide-converted material is dipped in a physiologic saline solution as a sample pole 76 of one electrode, a predetermined voltage is applied between electrodes 74 and 76 to extract nuclide-converted materials into the physiologic saline solution, and the physiologic saline solution after extraction is adopted as the medical nuclide-containing solution.
