PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified cosmetic which is high in a moisture-retaining effect and its persistency, gives moderate tensive touches and the like, and gives excellent senses of use. SOLUTION: This emulsified cosmetic is characterized by containing a component (a): an olefin homopolymer comprising propylene or 1-butene as a monomer and having a weight-average mol.wt.
