PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment with an inclination type display device capable of inputting complex certification information by small operation and allowing a user to easily store the certification information, its control method and a control program. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment provided with an inclinable display panel 11 has an angle detection part 120 for detecting an inclination angle of the display panel 11; a storage part 104 for storing an inclination angle of the display panel 11 as an anti-theft code; and a determination part 106 for determining whether or not the inclination angle detected by the angle detection part 120 is coincident with certification information stored in the storage part 104.
