PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear cushion structure of a motorcycle capable of arranging a rear cushion unit at an optimum position. SOLUTION: This rear cushion structure of a motorcycle 10 comprises a rear swing arm 37 swingably extending backward from a vehicle body frame 11 and supporting a rear wheel 39, a rear rod 66 as a rod member 65 connected to the rear swing arm 37 and transmitting a shock force received by the rear wheel 39 to a rear cushion unit 62, a rear link 67 connected to the rear rod 66 and changing a direction of the shock force, and the rear cushion unit 62 connected to the rear link 67, provided horizontally in a vehicle width direction and absorbing the shock force received by the rear wheel 39.
