PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror surface decorative sheet having excellent mirror surface finishing properties, surface smoothness, surface defect suppressing performance and a contamination resistance, and to provide a decorative plate using the mirror surface decorative sheet. SOLUTION: The mirror surface decorative sheet has on a base material at least a surface protective layer obtained by cross-linking and curing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition, wherein the ionizing radiation curable resin composition contains an ionizing radiation curable resin, silicone (meth)acrylate and modified silicone (meth) acrylate, and an additive amount of the silicone (meth) acrylate and an additive amount of the modified silicone (meth) acrylate, relative to 100 pts.wt. of the ionizing radiation curable resin composition, are 0.5 to 2.5 pts.wt. and 0.01 to 0.2 pts.wt. respectively.
