摘要 <p>A light emitting device, a display using the same, a driving method of the light emitting device and a driving method of the display are provided to increase time when driving voltage is applied and lengthen a lifetime of an electron emission unit by increasing driving voltage within a range that luminance non-uniformity is not generated, thereby preventing luminance non-uniformity in the light emitting device. A light emitting device(10) comprises first and second substrates(12,14) and a sealing member(16). An electron emission unit(20) is in an active area within the first substrate. A light emitting unit(22) for visible ray emission is disposed In an active area within the second substrate. The electron emission unit includes an electron emission unit(24) and driving electrodes(26,28) for controlling the amount of electron emission of the electron emission unit. Plural scanning lines transmit plural scanning signals. Plural column lines transmit plural light emitting data signals. Plural light emitting pixels are defined by the plural scanning and column lines. An anode electrode(32) receives anode voltage for pulling electrons emitted from the plural light emitting pixels. The scanning signal is transmitted to the light emitting pixel according to a first scanning on-voltage and a first scanning on-time. Anode currents flowing within the anode electrode are sensed. If the anode currents are smaller than first reference currents, a level of the first scanning on-voltage increases after increasing the first scanning on-time at least once or more.</p>
