In a protruding end, a tubular penetrating tool (9) has through-hole and a nozzle head (15). An independent claim is also included for a penetrating device with a linear driving mechanism for a tubular penetrating tool fitted with a nozzle head for yielding an extinguishing substance from an extinguishing-substance supply device.
