The electrical connecting device has a stationary housing (1) and a rotatable housing (2). The rotatable housing carries a terminal unit (3) and surround a spirally wound flexible electric wire connected terminally to the terminal units and guided in a direction-changing loop (11) within the housing. An additional, spirally wound flexible electric wire is connected to the terminal units and guided in a direction-reversing loop within the housing.
