A WC-Ni based hard metal and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to achieve a sintered member having a superior structure with no air holes and segregations. A method for manufacturing a WC-Ni based hard metal comprises the steps of preparing raw materials(S10), mixing raw materials by using ethanol(S20), drying the mixed raw materials(S30), processing the mixed materials to have a predetermined shape(S40), and sintering the mixed materials(S50). The raw material includes 20 to 30 weight% of Ni, 1 to 5 weight% of at least one selected from the group consisting of Ag, Sn, Zn, Cu, Al, Si, Fe, and Cr, 0.1 to 3 weight% of at least one selected from the group consisting of Cd, P, and B, and the balance WC. |
