<p>An organic semiconductor compound is provided to ensure a high on/off ratio and excellent charge mobility due to excellent intermolecular crystallinity and strong pi stacking. An organic semiconductor compound has a structure represented by the following formula 1, wherein Ar is (C6-30)arylene or (C6-30)heteroarylene, R1 and R2 are, independently hydrogen, linear, branched or cyclic (C1-25)alkyl, (C5-25)aryl, (C4-25)heteroaryl, (C1-25)alkoxy(C1-25)alkyl, (C5-25)ar(C1-25)alkyl, (C4-25)heteroaryl(C1-25)alkyl, linear, branched or cyclic (C2-25)alkenyl, linear, branched or cyclic(C2-25)alkynyl, mono-, di- or tri(C1-25)alkylsilyl, mono-, di- or tri(C5-25)arylsilyl, 3 to 7-membered saturated or unsaturated heterocycloalkyl having oxygen, nitrogen, or sulfur within the heterocycle, or 3 to 7-membered saturated or unsaturated heterocycloalkyl(C1-25)alkyl having oxygen, nitrogen, or sulfur in the heterocycle, with the proviso that Ar is not anthracene or thienothiophene when both R1 and R2 are hexyl, X1 and X2 are independently selected from O, N, S, or (C1-25)alkylene, m and n are independently an integer of 1 or 2, p and r are independently an integer of 0, and q is an integer of 1 to 4.</p> |
