A method for providing guide information during a telephone call is provided to transmit the telephone number and guide message to another person by using the guide address at the non-calling state. Telephones(11,12) of a transmitter and a receiver are connected with the wire/wireless communication network. A guide server(13) is connected with the telephone through any one between the wire/wireless telephone network and the wire/wireless network. The guide server includes a DB(Database)(14) having the previously inputted guide message by the telephone number as the index. The guide server searches the guide message according to the telephone number of the transmitter among the guide information transmitted from the telephone of the transmitter and transmits the guide message to the number of the receiver included to the guide message.
