A continuously variable transmission is provided to accurately change a speed by accurately controlling a frictional force between a speed shifting ball and laces using a worm wheel and a worm gear. A continuously variable transmission includes a housing(100), a speed shifting adjuster(300), an input unit(200), and an output unit(400). An inner space is formed in the housing. The speed shifting adjuster is arranged in an inner space of the housing and includes a cylinder and a speed shifter. The speed shifter is arranged inside the cylinder to change the speed. A pressing unit is coupled with an inner side of the cylinder and arranged in front of the speed shifter. A speed adjuster is coupled with a front portion of the pressing unit and coupled with the speed shifter. The input unit applies an external power to the speed shifting adjuster. The output unit outputs the changed speed.
