PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location estimation apparatus or the like for accurately estimating the location of a moving body and having excellent followup ability. SOLUTION: The location estimation apparatus includes a location-related information acquisition means 112, a positioned location generation information storage means 114, a predicted location information storage means 123, location correction information storage means 122, an estimated location information storage means 125, a location correction change information storage means 129, and a display means 101. The location correction information includes positioning side weighted information wherein the locating location information side is weighted, and prediction side weighted information wherein the predicted location information side is weighted. The estimated location information includes positioning side predicted location information generated on the basis of the positioning side weighted information, and prediction side estimated location information generated on the basis of the prediction side weighted information. The location estimation apparatus also includes a parallel processing information storage means 127 which stores parallel processing information for processing generation of the positioning side estimated location information and the prediction side estimated location information in parallel, and a selection information storage means 131 which stores selection information for selecting the positioning estimated location information and the predicted estimated location information.
